The hotel is located adjacent to the Midosuji line - very convenient for travel. There is a grocery store located downstairs and a Family Mart across the street. The beds are exceptionally comfortable - the most comfortable of our stay in Japan. The Smart Lounge downstairs is a great place to sit and eat meals bought from the store (a microwave in the Smart Lounge would be an excellent addition, but there is access to a microwave on level 1 near the elevator). Cleaning staff were helpful and kind - we were able to request removal of rubbish and clean towels as needed. Cleaning staff also replaced the complimentary water bottles, which we appreciated. The facilities are (generally) clean and well maintained, staff are helpful, and the room was very comfortable.

Great location, right next to the metro station Yodoyabashi, which has lines to Osaka/shin Osaka and Namba station. There's also Family Mart, a bigger supermarket and a post office nearby. Not that many restaurant close by, but enough at walking distance. The breakfast was alright. Not much to choose from, just miso soup and rice balls (2 flavours). Only allowed to take 2 onigiri per person. I hoped for different flavours throughout the week, but always the same. If this breakfast isnt for you, there's a cafe around the corner and a supermarket next door and the rooms have fridges. Check in and out is basically self-service. Personal did speak English, but was limited to the regular hotel stuff. Hotel was also very quiet at night and barely any street noise.

We stayed here for 5 night during our trip in Osaka and Kyoto. The rooms were pretty clean, although, not very spacious, but this is to be expected for most hotel in Japan so it didn't bother us that much. Unlike the bedroom, bathroom was relative big with a tub which we did enjoy. The hotel provide a free complimentary breakfast of rice ball, but we didn't take it for the whole duration of stay since we preferred to buy some breakfast from a large supermarket nearby instead. The location of hotel is quite good, locate in a relative clean neighborhood and very close to the subway with access right next to the aforementioned supermarket. Though if you have big luggage with you, it is better to get out of the subway at exit 9 with elevator.

The location is very close to one station of midosuji line. 2 exits are near the hotel, exit 12 and 13 (with elevator). Next door is a small supermarket as well and convenience store. The rooms are clean the bed is supportive but soft. I like that you can check in and check out via machine anytime. The air conditioning in the room is sufficient too. The lobby has plenty of seating as well where you can plan your commute or whatnot before heading out of the hotel. I also like that even though the rooms in japan are small this one has an area for your luggage and hanging clothes. Ice machine, microwave and laundry washers are available too.

Stayed here during a budget trip to Osaka. There’s a complimentary breakfast with miso soup and two rice balls (onigiri). They’re not exactly gourmet, but when you're traveling on a budget – you appreciate the gesture. Also, free pajamas provided, which is always a nice touch. Bonus points: the window isn’t frosted! You can actually see the outside world – hooray! We also stayed in the same hotel chain in Kyoto, and that location was definitely better – more space, newer rooms – but surprisingly, breakfast was better in the Osaka branch. All in all, a decent choice if you’re keeping it low-cost and don’t mind tight spaces.
